Spent most of last night reading the Gambling Act 2005 and it would seem that my scheme does indeed constitute an illegal lottery, it would seem some creative thinking is sorely needed. Oh well, this all needs to go on the back burner for a while as I do my 17th edition electricians course. The joys of learning.
